About us
Janet Lachat, a certified beautician in Zurich with long years of experience in the cosmetics industry.
Janet was born and raised in the Philippines and came to Switzerland as a tourist in 1986. A year later, she met and got married to a Swiss man from Biel, the French speaking part of Switzerland. With so much luck in her hands, Janet joined an American company (Honeywell) as computer operator as her first job in Switzerland. Unfortunately, the company moved office in 1994 forcing Janet to start looking for another job.
Janet's took courses as Beautician (Kosmetikerin) and started working part time as a junior beautician. Her dream of having her own salon took place in 1996 when she opened her own studio.
Although her business was doing very well, due to family reasons, Janet decided to move back to the Philippines from 1997. She opened her own beauty salon in a mall and have gain long string of affluent clienteles.
Her success in business in the Philippines gave her so much experience and confidence that she decided to come back to Switzerland in 2003 to try it here again. To further improve her skills, Janet took further education in Germany " Long Time Liner - Elite Training Visagistin" and in Fachschule Bern KFB and became Dipl. Kosmetikerin. She joined a high end beauty salon in Zurich near Bahnhofstrasse, where she has gained her experience and reputation for giving Swiss quality standards with a touch of asian service.
